10. Couldn’t tell I was done and didn’t get receipt.

    Provide receipt and confirm payment is complete. Now you ask me questions about my experience and call it invoice online checkout. I should be able to clearly tell that I am finished and a receipt should be provided.

15. Zipcode is not a very international-friendly option

    As many others here pointed out, it’s impossible to pay with a debit or credit card when you don’t live in the US... sorry, we can’t pay. We’ve only got four-digit zipcodes in Norway, Denmark etc.

18. How about you have a system that accepts a payment

    Heres the idea. I will try to keep it simple so I dont lose you. An invoice is payable on your site. The consumer clicks on "make payment" or "pay invoice" then, they follow the payment method chosen. Fill in all the proper information and click "pay invoice". THEN, now this is the new idea, your system accepts the payment!!
    I know, awesome idea, RIGHT! I mean 5 attempts so far with the "try again later" in the red banner is a super duper way to do business. I mean wasting peoples time and delaying getting money to retailers so they cant ship products that are needed to help other people get jobs done so they can get paid, is a great reputation for quick books I'm sure. But hey, maybe you can try a server that really works, like, all the time.
