  3. I'm not able to log into Dixon landscape and pay my bill. This started happening about 3 weeks ago

    green circle keeps going around. It will not allow me to pay. This is a complete pain.

  6. fuzzy, pixelated qb logo

    On the receipt your system prints out for payments on invoices, the top left logo (qb | intuit | quickbooks) is raster art, not vector. It would look a lot cleaner & professional if that were vector, making it a very sharp clear looking logo on screen and when printed.

  9. Would like to invoice clients with a markup on each item being billed.

    I would like to post the cost per item being ordered from a vendor into Quickbooks online and then bill a client for the times at a marked-up percentage. When the Client pays for the merchandise then we can pay the vendor leaving our mark-ups as our profit. This is more of a retail transaction, but would be great it we are able to do in QB's Online.

  13. enable online payment. The green ball just keep spinning

    If you ask for feedback, allow customers to give you feedback. Trying to frame it as a new idea is annoying and obvious. The site functionality is broken. Just let people tell you what's wrong. I've just asked my small business lawn guy if I can venmo him since your product isn't working. Do NOT email me promotional emails or sell my name to a marketing firm.

  20. Unable to access intuit to pay bill. On hold for chat in excess of 15 minutes. Then dumped.

    No benefit for chat service if no one answers. In queue on chat ACD for 20 minutes -- number 1. THEN dumped. Provide more chat agents or provide telephone number for direct contact. Until now have been able to pay online. Now cannot even access intuit without getting message that "an unexpected error occurred".
