There were multiple
There were multiple open invoices and you won't allow me to pay all of them with one single payment and one single convenience fee. I should have the option to pay as many invoices as I want in a single payment without incurring additional fees.

When I first click o
When I first click on "Pay Now" the page pops up, then disappears. I have since learned that it is actually behind the original page, and I minimize the original page. This exposes the payment submission page.

When you get to sect
When you get to section that says Set Date, I didn't know I had to have Intuit Acc . I had first tried to use bank direct method and didn't know whether payment was made because I backed out of Set Date page. I then waited a day unsure payment was made. Words should offer Pay Now or Set Date with Intuit Acc.

I selected 3 invoice
I selected 3 invoice to run a payment and when it showed me the confirmation, appeared that I paid 4 invoices, this is a joke? I just needed pay 3 invoices, why this change without confirmation?

I can't sign in to m
I can't sign in to my QuickBooks account at the top so that all the bank information is prefilled.
It just opens another page that never loads, so I have to key in the information every time.1 vote -
