There is no explanation or method for paying this bill. I will not pay a service fee. All payees offer a no service fee for debit cards. This is how I will pay. Let me know how do so this. You have the most difficult, awkward and impossible methods for payment. Different than any other vendor I have ever dealt with. If you want your money you need to offer me an uncomplicated, non service fee method of getting your money.

It would be nice if there was box the user could use to put a short note in, like a PO# or reference#, so when we turn in the receipt to our accounting dept, they'll have something to link the purchase to on our end.

I often pay from multiple sources. It would be great to be able to nickname my linked accounts in my profile instead of remembering last four digits of each account checking account I have there.

sending a history of payments to this vendor would be helpful. Sometimes I think he sends more than one request for payment for a given date and it's hard for me to go look it up elsewhere.

The mobile app has a lot of User Experience problems. First one is the account and routing number instead of a debit or credit card entry fields. This is standard pretty much everywhere and the information is generally pre-loaded into the phone. I had to go get my lap top so I could use my phone to pull up the bank info, or I would have been slowly switching from one mobile page to another trying to remember numbers.
