   I am responding as a customer and as the president of our non-profit mutual water company. As a customer I love the convenience of using Apple Pay. As the president I don't love the user fees. It would be great if we could tack on the processing fee for our customers who like the convenience of using Apple Pay or other credit card.

    Charging $25 for a returned EFT is just wrong. No human being lays a finger on the transaction. Am I paying for the electrons? I had to redeposit the amount anyway. Maybe consider a 48 hour grace period in case of electronic system errors?
