I almost cancelled my trip with Colibri because of the hassles using Intuit. My First attempt was via wire transfer from Citibank. Citibank will not honor Bank of America for this purchase. I then tried to use a Barclay Mastercard aand the payment was denied. I conversed with Colibri who said that there was a problem with my card. I checked. I has sufficient funds, there were no credit holds or suspicions of fraud. I prepaid my credit card payment and tried again. The same result: rejection without explanation. Again I spoke to Colibri who said the problem must be on my end. In frustration I used a different Barclay mastercard with three times the credit and AGAIN the payment was declined without explanation. I considered cancelling my trip but decided against it for fear of losing a $1000 deposit. So I finally used a Citibank mastercard prestige card and the payment was accepted. I wasted a good two hours of screen time and went through considerable frustration about this event.
So..
Why did you not provide me with a reason for declining my cards. Do you indeed accept barclay cards?
