MAKE THE PAID INVOICE PRINTABLE FROM THE YOU PAID FINAL PAGE
WHEN YOU PAY A INVOICE YOU GET A POP UP THAT SAYS YOU PAID XXX AMOUNT. AT THAT POINT IT WOULD BE NICE TO BE ABLE TO PRINT THE PAID INVOICE. IN ITS CURRENT FORM YOU HAVE TO CLOSE THE POPUP THE GO BACK TO THE EMAIL CLICK REVIEW/PAY THEN IT GIVES YOU THE OPTION TO PRINT THE PAID COPY OF THE INVOICE.

"Download Invoice & Receipt" option after payment to have one combined file
I like that you can now download the receipt & invoice after paying for an invoice now! It would be even more helpful if there was an option to Download Invoice & Receipt into one file. Users could review the invoice within the website, pay for it, and then download both items they need into one convenient combined pdf file.

We were unable to leave bank info, for future transactions. Glad to get no error message though.

Allow payment of overdue amounts or tell users to create invoices that include that balance due.

zero out "balance" line in receipt if bill was paid in full, still says balance due of whole amount!
When I went to "download receipt" it listed invoice amount, paid amount(which was in full), then the next line says "balance due", and it still has the whole amount there that I just paid! Kind of makes it look like I didn't pay, or paid, but still owe money. That is a receipt that is basically useless, zero out the "balance" line if paid in full.

DETAILED INVOICE
THE ACTUAL DETAIL SHOULD BE PRINTABLE. IT IS NOT. THE ONLY INVOICE I WAS ABLE TO DOWNLOAD AND PRINT WAS GLOBAL AND NOT DETAILED WITH WORK DONE AND HOURS CHARGED SEPARATELY FOR EACH TASK.

My experience was awful, and this box doesn't accept enough characters. Took me to a "takes longer" option & link to nothing helpful
Have a way to directly email customer service 24/7 - not a generic "contact us" link that provides no direct help nor way to actually contact you outside of your business hours. I was completely unable to reset my password; never experienced this trying to reset a password anywhere else. Revisit our password reset customer journey.

Please refund the $34.39 crfedit card fee. We did not have that option upon payment.....

on the emailed invoice, please put what the invoice is for, not simply the invoice number.
