  6. Payment Practice Sucks

    This is my first and last purchase with you. I cannot believe that you placed my company on the State delinquent list for a $36 balance with not even a warning phone call to me. I am not familiar with your billing practice. Usually the salesman picks up check or the company has a web site to pay. Your practice of listing me on the very first $36 order reeks of arrogance.

    Put the amount due of the actual invoice. Not the accumulative amount that has already been paid plus what is due. It is confusing.

    On the invoice, where the link is to PAY ONLINE, make a statement that says “ no fee”.

    It's easy to forget when it snowed. It would be nice to receive an auto email from you that you were here. If this can't happen I get it.
