1) Pay via PayPal;
2) Email receipts;
3) Notification of invoices to pay;
4) Options to both pay on specified date & pay partial amount;
5) Receipts should print on 1 pg or give you the option for printing;

Pay options
Have different pay options for different parts of a bill. Ie for electricity, a separate pay section for that in the overall bill, or a way to input what the payment is going towards, ie for electricity or for rent. Etc.

you should be able to view and download all receipts and invoices associated with your account from one spot online.

Have dates for the month. June 1 to June 30
My insurance needs dates of service instead of just due date. They mess up my payment every month.

Incorrect pay status field
Status field is incorrect. My invoice stated, if paid by due date, I could deduct $10. I paid before the 1st, but the invoice status says partially paid.
