  1. Allow me to deduct the 2.8% fee that I wasn't supposed to pay.

    I should not have had to pay the 2.8% fee, but your website did not allow me to deduct it. So now I'm out $279.84. Not impressed.

  3. allow a chance to check what was entered before processing

    I paid the invoice, but did not notice that though I was entering a credit card, there was a toggle preset to debit card. It was a one click process so I did not get a chance to correct this. allowing a check step would lower mistakes.

  5. Note that Receipt is emailed

    Just show that the receipt will be emailed rather than only showing to download or print the receipt. Other than that, works great.

  7. State on invoice that installation passed final inspection

    The installation crew did a great job. The contract states that payment is due once installation passes final inspection. We assumed that final inspection is performed by either Highland City or Rocky Mtn. Power. We were expecting to see someone inspecting. It would have been helpful if the invoice stated that installation was complete and passed final inspection.

  9. Give the option of scheduling our payment for a later date.

    I didn't see a way to schedule a payment for a future date, such as on the 1st of the month.

  12. Leave a area for notes or a message

    Leave a little area for notes or messages. For example when paying rent it would help if I could leave a note saying the address, name and month the rent is for.
