I would prefer to put in a credit card number instead of a bank routing and a bank account number other than that it went smooth except it took me a half an hour to find my routing number on my bank's website

Where appropriate, provide two invoices
Adjust the invoice to match payment options. If paying half remains an option, figure out a way to bill (invoice) the customer twice at 50 percent each bill. The customer should not have to do this.

Accept Pay Pal or provide info on how you protect my banking info
I felt very leery about providing my routing number and checking account number to a site that doesn't tell me how they're protecting this information. I'd feel more comfortable using Pay Pal or Zelle to pay this invoice.

Fix the data so it is all on one piece of paper or at least each item on one piece per item.
The receipt printed on two pieces of paper- a total waste of paper!
Perhaps also accept payment directly from a client's bank account rather than using quickbooks if possible. I know this is your preferred method so I did it this way. I like having the note in our bank account...

I received email receipts when I paid an invoice until August, 2020. Now I get no confirmation.

Use the Vendor Name in the URL.
It would be easier for me to keep track of the password if the vendor name was in the URL.

Let us change/choose the payment date.
My payment was not due for a month out from when I received the invoice. I couldn't see where to change the payment date to pay it closer to when it's dues.

Make it possible to pay *part* of the invoice.
Please make it possible to enter a payment value instead of only offering the full invoice amount. My invoice included a deposit, which was all I wanted to pay. Now I've paid the complete balance instead. :(

outstanding incvoices in 1 place
can these out standing invoices be able to pay once? i have an outstanding invoice and have to go back in my e-mails to find old invoice. I know I shouldn't have unpaid invoices. Tuff year.
