   As a non US payer with a CC I need to enter some BS zip code to get accepted. Either let us enter international codes or just remove it from the form or make it optional.

2. more than one payment type

   Allow multiple payment types. I had cash from my Insurance company so I was going to use my debit card. I had a credit card for my co pay so I wanted to use that too. The payment option only allowed one type of payment and would not let me split the full amount due up.

15. i would like to be able to pay on an account BEFORE receiving a bill

    I would like to pay my bills when I have the money in hand. I do not like having to wait until I am sent a bill, to be able to pay on an account. Several times on payday Id try to go ahead and pay my Trash pick-up and if I do not owe an outstanding balance, I am not allowed to pay ahead of time. Very frustrating. Im not good at sitting on money until bill due day.
