1. I can only pay the monthly amount and I am behind on payments and tried to pay full Balance it won’t let me

10. No area for comments or message to seller

    There should be a "notes" area on the invoice to send the seller information like "this is a partial payment until the work is completed" etc.

16. Invoice notification

    Please send invoice a week before or two before the due date.

    Last one I received is on 18th dec and due is also in the same day. If I miss the payment it will impact my credit history.
