Pay more than invoice amouny
Allow customer to pay an additional/different amount to be held as a credit on their account.

notify payee if payment failure is due to them
I just had a few days where my payment was not accepted. i then asked the payee if there was a problem on their end. they checked, and it was -- they hadn't renewed the card on the receiving side. if my first failure had notified them, some time and annoyance would have been saved.

It's been wonderful
Being able to return to my email and add money on the interactive invoice has been wonderful. It helps me pay my bills with ease. The only other way you could add another option would be to make an option for automatic recurring payments on an existing invoice and be able to pick the dates the money comes out and how much. Essentially, putting a payment plan on autopilot.

I should be able to pay multiple invoices without having to sign in every time
right now I have to sign in and out and in again for each invoice. I should be able to access all outstanding invoices at the same time.

Make it easier to receive an invoice from other QBO users
I just received an invoice with the ability to pay online from the email. I would prefer to have this invoice entered into QBO, then allow me to schedule when the ACH should take place. The current "kludge" with bill.com is very unsatisfying.

All credit card payment with no fee
The credit card fee is entirely too high. Customers need to be allowed to pay with a card and no be charged an additional fee

Remember my payment details when clicking the link from the email
Allow for recurring payments or save payment information (routing/ account) so if I click the link I don't have to re-enter.

Give me the option to pay my Bill quarterly OR annually
I would prefer to be billed annually, however the system only sends me quarterly bills. I spoke with the Sea To Ski accounts receivable contact and was told to mail in a check with my other 3 quarterly payments. I wish the system was more flexible to manage both quarterly and annual billing preferences.

Lose the Convenience Fee charge!
The Convenience Fee added charge is ****! For whose convenience? The charge says to help the merchant recover costs. What about us consumers? Have you heard of COVID? Pandemic relier? Economic stimulus? Haven’t we been beat down hard enough? Slap us people with yet another add-on. Lose the charge! I’m sure Intuit makes/had made plenty off the public for years to reward their top brass. We lose. They win. Put that up your convenience portals. Unfair.
