More Descriptive Name for Downloaded Documents
Ensure downloaded documents have a descriptive name including the invoice number and whether it is a payment or an invoice, and a date and timestamp. I have to rename all the documents I download and that is a pain.

Stop changing my payment method
I always pay the same way. You never use that as the default for me, so I always have to change it. What gives? This should be trivial to get right.

Better instructions
I wanted to only pay a deposit, not the entire amount. I couldn't edit the amount to pay unless I first created an account. The process would be easier if clear instructions explained that you need to create an account if you aren't paying the total amount due.

I want to pay 2 or 3 monthly payments at once.
Invoice shows one of many ... would be nice to be able to pay 2 or 3 payments at one time, in advance even.

Allow payment from personal savings
Allow payment from personal savings, since that is already an option on the pulldown menu. I get an error message when I tried to pay from my savings account, but it went through from my checking. Now I have to transfer money from my savings to my checking, adding another step to the process.

fix date bug
In the credit card expiration date field, if the user enters a digit 2 through 9, it should assume it's a one-digit month and move to the year field. For example, I just paid a bill, and my credit card's expiration date is 5/24. When I tried to enter that, it tried to interpret the month as 52, and it took me a couple of tries to figure out what it was erroring out. If it had figured out that if the first digit entered in that field was a 5, it meant month 5, it would have been more…
