Overall Balance
Would like the option of seeing total balance due from my landlord. Would also like a memo line. Also, would like the ability to allocate what outstanding invoice I'm paying. I logged in to pay a portion of Jan 2021 rent and it showed I still had a past due balance and I know this isn't true.

Account number contains a dash
I have one account but that one account is divided into savings and checking. It's the same account number but they are differentiated by a dash at the end. Such as 123456-01 for savings and 123456-02 for checking. I was unable to include the dash so I could not specify that the transfer should come from my checking. I hope it's taken from the correct account (there isn't enough funds in savings to cover the transfer). This is worrisome.

A printable proof of payment with what was paid for on it.
Either go back to being able to print an invoice after payment is made that says PAID or put a description of what was purchased on the receipt. I have to print the invoice and the receipt to get all the information and it is a waste of time money.

What's the point of storing payment information if I need to get the card to enter the security code each time?

Confirmation Step
After entering payment information and pressing enter, there should be a final step to verify that all information is correct prior to hitting the enter key for the last time.

Invoice bal did not show up as a payment option? Option should be available to do so or allow customer to specify an amount to be paid,
