Info missing on QuickBooks Receipt after paying online. Also email receipt should be sent!
Re: Online credit card payments - More Info needed on Receipt.
There should be more input fields when customers are paying their bill online, such as.....
Customer Name field so that it will populate onto the receipt - should look like customer info on the invoice.
There needs to be a field for the customer's email address.
In additiion to the immediate payment confirmation, the receipt should definitely also be emailed with DETAIL of what you paid for (detailed specifics), for example (see #3)....The payment confirmation I received didn't describe what I was paying for... in my case it…

Need autopay feature - and stop the badware.com messages!
Badware.com keeps warning the intuit site might have viruses that will download to your computer. Also, autopay feature would be helpful.

Mail a bill, or send an email with a copy of bill including itemized amounts
Idea 1: Change the due date from being the origination date of the job to "due upon receipt" when the job is complete and invoice mailed.
Idea 2: Send a bill first when job is complete and then allow at least 2 weeks to receive payment before beginning phone calls like a bill collector. (In my case, Job origination: Jan 14th, Install: Feb 9th, First emailed bill: Feb 22. Call to pay: Feb 27th. No itemized bill in original email. I would also ask customers how they're liking their new (whatever it is) and thank them for choosing us!2 votes -

MAKE SURE SECURITY CERTIFICATES ARE UP TO DATE
My antivirus software flagged your Quick Book link for having expired security certificate.
I hit "proceed anyway", but it would have been nicer without all the warnings

PayPal
If PayPal doesn't charge you a fee - I'd research that payment method.

Option to specify deposit % or amount required on invoice for payment
I have had a few clients pay our invoice in full by accident (large amount) using QuickBooks Payments when we only needed an initial deposit. I am coming from square where I was able to specifying 25% or 50%, or even an exact amount needed that shows up as deposit required on the page as soon as they hit the link. Showing the full amount as it is now is dangerous, you rely on them having to TYPE in the correct amount manually after doing math and you don't even allow for copy and paste. At least for now allow…

Message: site is not safe
When I click the link, I always get a message that states that the site is not safe. I continue to site anyway, but it is disconcerting that I would get that message on a financial site. (I do not get this message for most sites, but I ALWAYS get it for this.)

Much harder to chx credit card for autopay than other other portals. Can that be improved?
Provide a very visible one-click access link to a spot to change payment method and credit card for autopay. I've had great difficulty finding such a place. My exp date and CVV code need updating and I haven't been able to do so.

add an SSL Cert to your sendgrid account for links.notification.intuit.com
emails sent through Sendgrid use links with the hostname
http://links.notification.intuit.comThere is an SSL cert on this hostname for the domains "*.sendgrid.net, sendgrid.net"
Either disable link tracking
Or use a sendgrid domain
Or fix your sendgrid config to use a proper certificate2 votes -
