Use the banks and ebills. This is the quickest and easiest way to remember to pay. I cannot remember to look at email each day. The bank alerts you through your account if you have a new e-bill.

Your site will not allow me to log in. I get sent a password recovery email, use it to create a new password, then try to log in.

Be able to set up to automatically pay a vendor each month from a specified credit card or bank account up to a user set amt
This would be a setting to allow the user to pick a vendor, a payment method, and an upper limit of how much can be paid automatically.

Allow for a payment less than total invoice
Sometimes an invoice includes a returned or otherwise inappropriate charge, yet there is no option to pay what one believes is owed without paying the statement's total value.

Have someplace on the form to be able to send a message along with the payment
Allow a line to be able to add a message to the vendor when you are sending a payment.

Please get the entire billing invoice to display.
I got 3 E-mail in one day asking me to pay for the previous three months.....
However, not a single one of the on screen messages were able to show the invoice.

It would not let me use Apple Pay
Tried to use Apple Pay. Kept getting a message that said "Payment no completed". I have used it for other things without a problem

Put the invoice number in the merchant center report
Currently Quickbooks ACH online payment does not reflect the invoice number in the Merchant Center. This needs to be rectified. Accounting needs to quickly tie a payment to a customer's specific invoice.

My boy's school sends me two bills - one for tuition and the other for credit card fees. why not include the two or allow me to add the cc fee to the bill.

Either autopay with bank account, or at least save my bank information
Either allow autopay with a bank account, or at least save payment information so paying each time is quicker.

Change pledge back to Invoice. The change of monthly invoices to pledge confuses customers.
Why did you change the invoice transaction to Pledge on customer statements?
