  6. Very easy, simply have it available in french too!

    Even if it's not translated. It's annoying to switch from English to French each time I send an invoice, then back to French.

    You messaging is not clear. I have an account with you myself and my customers don't get that they can click on the "view invoice" button to make a payment.

    It should say something other than "view invoice."

    It should say "print invoice or make a payment." Something like that. View is not the action that your Quickbooks customers want taken, they want payment.

    As a call to action, this email is horrible and it doesn't work for your customers.

    If you won't change it, at least make it so that your customers can change it. I would love for…

  11. The time it takes from invoice is sent and paid until I receive the payment is very long!!

    Payments take 5 business days from the date customer pay until I receive it - that is a very long time for small business to get funded

  20. Better Interface

    Your interface does not provide sufficient merchant info when filling out the e-check information. The invoice number is insufficient. It should provide the merchant name and allow annotating the e-check. Frankly I'm pretty shocked at the poor and amateurish quality of these API's and GUIs.
