Much harder to chx credit card for autopay than other other portals. Can that be improved?
Provide a very visible one-click access link to a spot to change payment method and credit card for autopay. I've had great difficulty finding such a place. My exp date and CVV code need updating and I haven't been able to do so.

autopay option, please again going forword into 2024
I value my vendor who uses this platform for payment, but for years I have asked to allow this platform to access autopay so that we stay current with all payments. This is a customer service courtesy option that will allow your paying customers (like us) and your vendors to get payments immediately after the event.
Question, where is the customer service number to talk with someone about questions? Thank you because we all want to do the right thing. . s

Create functionality to send sales receipts for bank transactions without invoice
QB has a sales receipt functionality which adds one or more transactions to QB. However, when a bank transaction comes in though the bank links, we like to send a sales receipt directly based on the transaction and combine several transactions into one sale receipt. QB lacks this functionality totally and there is only a super complicated solution posted on YouTube which we are not going to use as QB should make our lives easier.
We have 800 transactions per month without invoice, the lack of this functionality is hurting our business. It seems QB can not manage companies who…1 vote -

Initial email link unsecured/http
The link I received by email was for http://links.notification.intuit.com/ls/click?<redacted> rather than a proper HTTPS link, and adding https manually got me an invalid SSL certificate. This is bad.

Mail a bill, or send an email with a copy of bill including itemized amounts
Idea 1: Change the due date from being the origination date of the job to "due upon receipt" when the job is complete and invoice mailed.
Idea 2: Send a bill first when job is complete and then allow at least 2 weeks to receive payment before beginning phone calls like a bill collector. (In my case, Job origination: Jan 14th, Install: Feb 9th, First emailed bill: Feb 22. Call to pay: Feb 27th. No itemized bill in original email. I would also ask customers how they're liking their new (whatever it is) and thank them for choosing us!2 votes -
Message: site is not safe
When I click the link, I always get a message that states that the site is not safe. I continue to site anyway, but it is disconcerting that I would get that message on a financial site. (I do not get this message for most sites, but I ALWAYS get it for this.)

Make site secure
This site is flagged by BitDefender that it is insecure due to a bad or invalid certificate. You should make sure that the site is secure so information does not get stolen!

SHOW THE PASSWORD!!!! We are encouraged to have difficult passwords but it you can't see what you type it is VERY discouraging!!!!!!
We are encouraged to have difficult and random passwords, but if a site does not let you see what you have typed it is very discouraging to just have it say "incorrect password" NOT HELPFUL AT ALL and discourages one from making complex passwords.

Please allow area to input costs to reflect a profit at the bottom
on the estimates and invoices tab i can not see how much profitability is in the sale, if there was an area for me to plug in costs directed towards material and labor that would be beneficial for to see how much profit is in each estimate.

Dont make me type in the account number to confirm.
I am much more likely to mistype it than to cut and paste incorrectly.
