I would like to see a report on all the invoices I have paid this year

Does High Tide offer a monthly auto-pay, yet? This is necessary, and I don't mind paying extra for the convenience. Certainly, it's better than paying late fees for underpayments; not knowing $$ is due because existing balances don't show up on the invoices. Why? Please advise.

I have other QuickBooks/Intuit accounts where each Invoice also shows the account Total Balance Due. If the Total Balance Due is larger than the current Invoice Due, I go looking for where I may have missed a payment.

Please show and bill the unpaid balance + new charges and the last payment amount and date.

I take payments on invoice in 4 stages (start, middle, three quarters, and end).
When I receive the payment and record it I would like to see this information when I update the invoice.
This would tell the customer that I received their payment, date and amount check number and then show the remaining balance.
This is the type of information I would deem useful instead of how many times the customer viewed the information online. -

ABSURD .... that we can't see payment history. And I am pretty sure I just got locked out tonight and cant work even though I am all paid up. AWFUL. And when I go back to look at my payment confirmations it only shows the amount...not what you are paying for. Come on. I switched to from East Central when I switched brokers and they have a much more sensible system for this stuff and there is ZERO confusion. The part that gets me is the condescending tone you get when you call to get things cleared up.

Absurd that this hasn't already been implemented. I send invoices for a small business and clients are always confused as to what their current balance is as invoices do not reflect payments made after the invoice was created. Back in the day of printed paper invoices maybe this makes sense, but when paying online, all transaction history should be available to the clients, even if after the date the invoice was created.

All I have now is a bunch of emails and PDFs. This is the only financial site I deal with that doesn't show transaction history.

How is it possible that there's no option offered to view my payment history? Also - Although being able to make payments online is great, there is usually so little information provided that it takes too much time and effort to research the simple bottom line of who I'm paying and for what. The plethora of outsourced second & third party "management" and billing companies have created layers of confusion that take significant time to resolve, especially when there is no contact info provided for seeking assistance.

As others have said, it's almost inconceivable that this hasn't yet been implemented at least for those of us that actually have an account and yet here we are in 2022 with core functionality unavailable.
It pretty much shows that this isn't something they actually care about as a company.

As the person sending the invoices, this feature would save me time from having to respond to the requests for updated payment information from my clients.

I paid an invoice on 6/30 - received another invoice for cuts during the month of june - duplication - can't check because history is not available.

Show history of payments. Ridiculous this has not been implemented.

Any other pay online account gives dates of service and running balance.

This would be great as a consumer - I've paid quite a few invoices, but I can't see my history when I log in.
