    I take payments on invoice in 4 stages (start, middle, three quarters, and end).
    When I receive the payment and record it I would like to see this information when I update the invoice.
    This would tell the customer that I received their payment, date and amount check number and then show the remaining balance.
    This is the type of information I would deem useful instead of how many times the customer viewed the information online.
