ABSURD .... that we can't see payment history. And I am pretty sure I just got locked out tonight and cant work even though I am all paid up. AWFUL. And when I go back to look at my payment confirmations it only shows the amount...not what you are paying for. Come on. I switched to from East Central when I switched brokers and they have a much more sensible system for this stuff and there is ZERO confusion. The part that gets me is the condescending tone you get when you call to get things cleared up.
