How is it possible that there's no option offered to view my payment history? Also - Although being able to make payments online is great, there is usually so little information provided that it takes too much time and effort to research the simple bottom line of who I'm paying and for what. The plethora of outsourced second & third party "management" and billing companies have created layers of confusion that take significant time to resolve, especially when there is no contact info provided for seeking assistance.
