   I have repeatedly sent emails, texts and voicemails to let you know the house is sold and new owners moved in on 8/14/2020. I am not paying for service for the new owners. I have tried all methods of communication to relay the fact that service was stopped on 8/14/2020.

14. Have a way to discuss problems in the payment transaction

    I made a payment to a medical provider but there was some problem. Even though my credit card was charged, Quick books did not record the payment as being made. So, Igot charged but the doctor did not get the payment and there appears to be no one to talk to.
