How about just working! How about that? Maybe just simply loading? Operating like EVERY OTHER WEBSITE? HOW ABOUT THAT?!
For a company claiming to make things simple, you’ve lost the plot. How about fixing, whatever nonsense your CEO thought was clever, so that your PAY site, for customers, actually lets them pay without hassle.

Please have an option for changing a phone number!
I cant change my personal phone number even after getting into my account. There isn't a personal account information page to edit? Phone numbers change all the time. How do we get into our accounts if our numbers change and don't have access to other options? Ridiculous

Make sure the "VIEW and PAY INVOICE" button appears with invoices
Make sure the "View and Pay Invoice" button is with every invoice you send out. I've been told that the glitch is with QuickBooks. I say get it fixed! Please! It's been on-going for at least 5 months now.

Receipt only shows invoice date due, not DATE PAID.
I am paying my invoice 25 days before it is due but the receipt is only showing the date the invoice is due, not the date I am paying it. Receipt could show both but at least date it is PAID.

You must provide a process to prove to me that you are you and that you represent the people I am trying to pay.
I just gave you everything you need to empty my checking account. Based on a email and a web site. All of which are easily spoofable.
You must do better than this. RSA based public key signing of your invoice is the minimum you should do to prove your identity.

Would be very helpful to know what the invoice is for
I get many bills from this company but often pay them from different accounts depending on the project. Any identifying information would help. Now I need to go back through my bills to know that this invoice covers.

I need the invoice with the registrant's name printed on the receipt.

Allow you to see multiple and future invoices in your account. Not require your company to send you a new link each time.
Allow you to have a link to company to view all invoices; upcoming and past invoices. Only able to see current invoices. Company must send me link to see current o/s invoice. Can only see o/s invoice only.

Give the details of the final invoice, so it's all there with that receipt.

Total invoice amount not displayed on customer invoice when payment has been applied.
Need to display total of original invoice amount, when re sending invoice that reflects payment applied. Currently, quickbooks does not display the total amount. Only displays the payment received and the balance due.

payment confirmation
Payment confirmation - once you enter all the information and click submit, there should be a pop up box enabling you to confirm the payment or edit or cancel. If you pay the incorrect amount then you have to go through the tedious process of having the charge reversed by the merchant...

Overpayment
I used to be able to pay 2 weeks worth of payments... and now I can only pay between 1.00 and 144.00 this is very inconvenient as I get paid biweekly and like to just get the whole 2 weeks paid at once. I haven’t had this issue in the past.
