Send paper receipt by mail. I don’t have a printer.
I don’t have a printer tee. Others don’t have internet at home and go to Starbucks. Sending paper receipt helps. Make it an option.

Payment button on email no longer obvious - needs to be better labeled
With the new email format for invoices there is no clear indication of how to pay with credit card. The only button on the email says print/save which does take you to a payment option but there is no indication that this is the case. Now I need to update the email body with instructions. The previous format was better and so why was it downgraded?

Notify Specific Users when Invoice is Paid
I would like to have a specific user receive notifications when an invoice is paid.

E-mail the invoice before the reminder one day before it is due. One day's notice with a threat of cutoff is not right.
My first notice of an invoice should not be the 'reminder' invoice that my service will be cut off in one day without receipt of payment. If you cannot send the initial invoice, provide an alternative automatic payment method. It must be one or the other...or I am going back to seviernet despite your two-year contact.

Prevent invoices from being filtered and missed in email
You email was filtered and I would not have seen the invoice at all had I not searched for it in my email. You can embed something that tells you whether or not the invoice was opened and if not send a reminder or something to rectify the situation. You can also try to send emails in more than one way so that filters will be avoided. Metrics on how long it takes to open emails can also be used for A/B testing different methods (of trying to avoid filters).
