When jumping from an email link to go and look at or pay an invoice, the link should be direct to login or create account. Your payment page crashed 4 times which means I had to enter my info 4 times.

Make additional payment from invoice receipt
I received a confirmation email after I paid my deposit. Later, I didn’t know where to go to make another payment. After calling the office, I was instructed to click on ‘View Invoice.’ That verbiage is misleading for those who simply need to make a payment. I would like to see a button that says ‘Make Payment’ or something else to that effect.

Automatic "Friendly Reminder" emails for an Invoice that hasn't been paid in 30 days
I receive a lot of email so it is very easy for the Invoice to get quickly buried in my email Inbox. It would be VERY helpful if QuickBooks (or the company issuing the Invoice) would automatically send a “courtesy email” as a friendly reminder that an invoice was sent 30 days prior and is outstanding.
The company that uses QuickBooks as their way of billing me is a small, local company and I feel horrible every time one of their invoices goes over 30 days without being paid – and it’s only because it quickly got buried in my…7 votes -

Automated Email Receipts
Automated Email Receipts - Quickbooks automatically sends email receipts to our customers whenever they make a successful payment. and the Receipt says "THANK YOU!"
Each receipt will contain a link to view it in a browser, and a unique receipt number that can be useful when looking up charge information.
Please make this happen Quickbooks! This will our clients know their payment has been received successfully and remind them that we appreciate their business.

Do Not Trust Emails. When Billing In That Form, One Risks Invoice Being Lost In Cyberspace
For years, Haskin's Printing literally mailed an invoice to the Clinic.
Consequently, we were never late.
The current billing method almost guarantees non-receipt of invoice, which either journeys into Spam, or becomes lost in cyberspace..

Don't send invoice 2 weeks before it's due.
If you are going to send it 2 weeks before due date, please send a reminder a couple days before due date. Thanks, Jeanne

Make sure invoice emails don't go to Spam
I've repeatedly told Gmail that these emails are not spam but they always go to spam and I have unpaid invoices.
