The payment portal worked well - but payment terms should not be the same day that the invoice is issued - there should be payment terms
The invoice I received was issued on the 28th with a due dateof the 28th. There should be payment terms on the invoice rather than Pay the day of.

Tons of Suggestions
Add more payment options, checks, paypal, etc. Add Print friendly invoices, and info on who is requesting the payment, not just the amount.

Seeing and Paying invoices strait though our quickbooks online portal.
Invoices only show up in my email, but they are nonexistant inside of quickbooks.
I'm not sure if I have it set up incorrectly, but I would love to be able to receive and pay invoices strait through quickbooks instead of having to go back and find the invoice email in my inbox.10 votes -
Payment deadline should be at least 1 week out from date invoice is sent.
Don't email your customers an invoice and expect it to be paid same day (this happened to me and raised all sorts of doubts/questions in my mind). Please send invoices on a regular schedule at least 1 week prior to the due date, and explain the exact consequences of missing the due date and whether or not there is a waiting list where some other child can take my child's place should our summer plans change (which they often do).
