Why are you not listening to your customers Quickbooks on AUTOPAY?
I used to be able to pay my pool company on autopay until June. Then suddenly it disappeared and now there is no option to pay on autopay. So I came here to find out more information only to see there's literally thousands of votes from your customers to get auto pay as an option through people's bank accounts and credit cards. Why are you not listening Quickbooks when this is clearly a problem.

Ability to Have Repeat Customers on Auto-Pay/Recurring Subscription Billing

Allow the option to change the amount to pay.
Sometimes I would like to pay an additional amount, round up to a whole dollar amount, etc.

would like to see a account number for each customer so I can setup a pay account with my bank
would like to see an account number for each customer so I can set up a paid account with my bank. This way the bill would just go to my bank account and the bill pay system would notify me that there was a bill to be paid and all I would have to do is click pay.

Autopay seems really wonky. I selected autopay previously, but it doesn't seem to be happening and I keep getting invoices
I have tried to setup autopay the last few months. I get confirmation, but when it comes time for the next payment it never seems to work, then the merchant complains I haven't paid

I need to see the vendors listed that I am paying on autopay with options for edits
Having autopay is great, but then I cannot see the list of vendors I am paying on autopay to make any edits. I have to make changes at time of invoice to stop autopay, or turn on autopay. I should have a subscription or autopay page within intuit/quickbooks that shows who all I have autoay setup for, so that I can make edits, or just track better.

late fee after one day is really cheap and punitive , please send a second reminder
charging a late fee after one day is punitive and cheap. Need to send second reminder as due date approaches.This system is unfair and you doubled the Hoa fee with no explanation.

Making more than ONE payment with a credit card
There is NO method of paying MORE THAN ONE OVERDUE PAYMENT on a CREDIT CARD. The instructions on the invoice are either ONLY for that ONE MONTH'S PAYMENT OF $125 can be paid or ONE MUST PAY THE ENTIRE BALANCE. If a person could pay his/her entire balance, there would be no need to ever list an OVERDUE AMOUNT.

You can improve our experience by responding to the hundreds who've requested the ability to make automated payments.
This isn't a novel idea. Hundreds of your customers below have asked for it, and we all know it's not a difficult thing for you to accomplish. In fact, that feature IS available in this Quickbooks payments portal you're using to invoice us. If you're not really interested in what we have to say, why bother with this Customer Feedback page? Perhaps this is just set up for 'show,' Maybe so, but what it 'shows' at this point is not complimentary.

Direct deposit seems like such a basic and obvious feature to find on QuickBooks, and yet I'm struggling to remember to pay my daughter's preschool every month. Make it make sense.

How can I make more than one payment on a credit card?
How can I make more than one payment when using a credit card? Your form only allows for ONE payment to be made when the invoice arrives.
