need field for payment date
this way we can enter it as soon as the invoice arrives instead of holding the invoice until the due date and maybe forgetting or not being in the office on the due date. Would be great to just set it up in advance for payment on the due date as soon as the invoice arrives.

ability to enter a pay date
I did not see an opportunity for me to enter the date on which I want the payment to be executed. Being able to pay closer to the due date would be valuable. If the option exists, then it should be more easily accessible.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL
When paying an invoice online, after you get confirmation about the payment it would be nice if it tells you that an email confirmation will be sent. It does send you a confirmation, but onlne it gives you the option to download a receipt, or print it. An e-mail is all we need really.

Sometimes things get tight, is there a option to slit payments up if needed?
Greg and everyone has been amazing when it comes to my account,
I truly appropriate their professionalism. This may already be an option but I just wanted to put this out there and that is to be able to change the due date if applicable and slit or make multiple payments before its due without a invoice.1 vote -
