  1. The invoice needs to show the name of the home owner paying for HOA fee. This is important for our records

    The name of the payer (home owner) does not appear on the HOA fees invoice. This is important when paying the fee and for our records. The invoice only shows a transaction number and an account number (last 4 digits). Please add the home owner's name. Thanks

  2. Do not make us reconfigure the name of a business to provide a first and last name that does NOT match the name on our checking account..

    I had to enter the name of our business: Winston Weber & Associates, Inc. as first name: Winston Weber and last name: Associates to get the form to work. I hope our bank doesn't balk!

  4. The name of the company being billed doesn't show on the invoice

    The online invoice just shows amount due, not the company that should pay the invoice. I have two companies and one bookkeeper and it's so inconvenient that I can't tell which company is being billed (so I know which account to pay from).

  5. Option to remove customer name on invoice

    It would be a great option to be able to remove the customers name under the bill to box on invoices so it only shows the comapny name.

  6. I did not trust that the invoice came from the expected issuer

    It should be mandatory that the form for submitting payment shows the issuer of the invoice along with their complete contact information. I found it very sketchy that this information was missing.

  9. On future invoices please have the dates in which the payment made is covering

    Please in the future- on the invoice, list the dates such invoice is covering (such as for the one i just paid it would list Payment due for Aug 14th- Aug 31st). Thank you.

  10. Better receipt

    Doubt your current receipts are legal - you need contact info as well as the company name. So add email address, website, phone and physical address (which the music school has)

  13. Make it possible to use a business account. (Business name as a field in addtion to the "first" and "last" name fields you have already.

    It is not obvious or noticeable where to view the PDF invoice. It would be nice to have the price breakdown clearly available and/or a more obvious button/link to view the invoice

  18. Option to save bank info

    I looked at the invoice, filled in bank info, THEN told to sign in. Once I signed in, the option to check the box to keep the info on file was no longer available. Makes no sense. Maybe at the top, indicate that one should sign in. Then after signing in, allow payer to click on box to save bank info so that it's not necessary to input that the next time (if that is the person's choice).
