  1. You used to provide a paid invoice immediately after paying, I no longer have that option.

  3. Note the actual PAYMENT DUE DATE. I usually note 10 days from when I receive ur email bill. However, seeing that due date might help as well

    I guess I noted it above about noting PAYMENT DUE DATES as an addtl visual reminder for prompt payments.
