  5. To send the billing to the correct email.

    Last year billing period 4/1/18 to 11/30/18 I did not receive any email from my email address: sanoyatienza@verizon.net. I received all emails from my cell, IPad, computer. I paid $900 including penalty of $150, then I requested a waiver since i did not receive any billing. I got bill only after I email A&S smith Development how much I will pay. As of now there is no reply to letter asking in fairness to refund the penalty of $150.

  9. "Let's Make Sure it's you", request to send authorization number in email

    When paying an invoice, I sure wish I had a fairy God Mother to pay it for me, but I don't. Only adds a step to something I have done for close to 3 years

  13. round number to the penny, not to increments of a penny.

    It wouldn't take the amount that I owed and finally something popped up to say "pay bwt $1 and 287.799999999" so I paid $287.79 and it finally took.

  16. Be More Prompt Sending Your Invoices

    As the title suggests. It's really very simple! I've been waiting well over an hour for my invoice to arrive so that I could pay for my products. This wait time cost me missing the shipment schedule for the day.. meaning.. I have to wait longer for my product to be shipped out! I pay right away as soon as I receive the invoice from you. And certainly should not be kept waiting for that invoice to arrive for such a lengthy time!!!

  18. Not enough information on the invoices

    The invoice should include the information of the Job performed, address of the home, and other specific details that my tax accountant would deem necessary to use on my taxes. This invoice is too vague and could be for any number of things other than what it was that I actually paid for.
