  8. would never let me use my debit. Kept saying come back and try again changed it to say credit and it worked but was my same debit card...

    The payment system kept saying come back later and try again every time I tried to pay with my debit. I finally got frustrated and told your system my debit card was a credit card and it worked.....please fix.

  16. Stop charging homeowners who are 75+ and have been in the community for 35+ years.

    People who are 75+ and who have been in the community for 35+ years should be exempt from paying further DOH dues. Most people in this category are probably living on Social Security payments and have a harder time paying the dues than those who are currently working. I guess you could call it a "Senior Citizen" exemption from the DOH.

  17. Allow the title company - 3rd party - to pay from commission and avoid this step all together

    Apparently 3rd parties used to be able to pay this? Would be nice to take away the necessity to keep up with these emails and see they're paid but just have it taken at close.

  18. Would not allow me to change the amount from $67 to $134, which is what I really owe. Frustrated!

    Allow me to change the amount that is going to be paid on my credit card. Even though the invoice indicated I owed $134, it would only let me pay $67
