Identify Invoice # on bank statement
Now simply says Heavenly Clean - Sale - sometimes several invoices come in just days apart, making it difficult to see which has been paid and cleared.

PLEASE allow me to schedule a payment on the due date not have to pay the invoice when I get it why should I give my money early?
You send me an invoice on the 13th thats not due until the 30th or 31st PLEASE allow me to schedule the payment on the actual due date.

Set up monthly payments with a tolerance when something is too high
Set a monthly invoice with a base amount (say $100.00). If the invoice exceeds that amount (or a percentage tolerance, say 10%), then I'm only required to approve invoices that are above the tolerance (>$110) or occur more frequently than agreed (2 invoices in 1 month that exceed $110).

I cannot put anything but a whole number to pay invoice. If it is 95.44, it will only let me put 95.

Put in a area for feedback on the job.
So, I will use this area for feedback. :) They did a great job our windows and screens and sills all looked great. We also appreciated getting the call saying there was a guarantee in case of rain. Great Job! Thank you!
