allow me to create a new account with same email address as my other account
I receive a monthly bill that has to be paid qb online. I do not want to enter my payment info each month and I cannot save payment info because my email address is already being used by me for my business. The monthly invoice I receive is a separate business I own and I do not want to create a new email address just to issue payments to one company.

See above. I feel it’s “Groundhog Day” having to wait for your Please Pay Your Invoice EMAIL. I’m tired of having to enter all that credit card private info again and again. This may be way easier for you guys, but for your clients, a complete hassle. Can you not have an auto payment from the bank like you had before? That worked WELL. And I cannot find a “remit payment” option on your website. I do not use quick books and frankly can’t stand using them.

You clearly indicated I would Pay $600 from a bank account, $619.50 if paying via credit card. Yet no choice was made to select $600.
Where was the option to pay $600, a I did directly from my bank account. Instead you charged me an excess of $19.50. I did not pay by credit card. Please issue refund of $19.50.

2 weeks ago I tried to pay the $185 by e-mail. Unsuccessful. I am trying again with this request. Also gave work crew a check for $370.
Last e-mail payment evidently was not received. Hope this one "goes through". Also, this past Wednesday, I gave the "crew chief" a check, #1424, in the amount of $370, to pay in advance.

Invoice date should be date it is emailed, not same date as due date. Not responsive to several similar feedback posts.
Make invoices more accurate by using date emailed as Invoice Date, rather than same as Due Date.

Allow to Review all invoices in my account as a payee.
Maybe my account as a person who pays a company who uses Quick Books is set up wrong, but I cannot view all invoices, or pull up outstanding invoices and pay. I can only pay through the link in the company email, and not every email has a corresponding link to the payment screen.
