Browser compatibility issues
Sometimes the browser used is unable to display the page to make payment, but when I switched back to Mozilla, it worked. If the link vendor provided cannot work, please direct to a page explaining to payee if the version is too old or what is the issue so we don't have to delay payment by having to email the vendor.

It has been my understanding that this payment was automatic each month.
When I first signed up It was my understanding that payments were automatic each month. It has been this way up until the last few months. Now I receive a bill by email.

Add option to forward receipt to a folder set up for the service provider.

On phone when trying to type in information suggestion box ? - it takes over the screen not allowing you to see what you are inputting
