    Since you switched to this system I have to call customer service and request an invoice every month. It is inconvenient to have to do this just to be able to pay my bill.

  13. Allow to select payment - whether 1/2 of invoice or all of invoice

    $1375 is my total rent, I like to pay half one time and then half the other, so by the first of each month, PAYMENT IS MADE IN FULL

    It would be nice if you included on the invoice where the work was completed. In my case, the repair was done at one of my rental properties. This should be on the invoice to verify to the IRS why I will be using this as a maintenance expense.
