You could make it so the "download reciept" button actually works!
The download button does not work at all. No blank page, no nothing. Just wasted clicking.

Auto pay
Congratulations. The payment was easy to understand and make payment.
My only suggestion would be an automatic payment with my credit card on file,

2nd page to look over transaction before you pay
I accidently pushed the pay button on the amount when I thought it would open to more ideas. I want to delay it how can a person change the payment sent? There should be a second page to look over the transaction to make it so if you want to change something you can, it should be a 2-step process before you finalize to pay.

Show me the invoice first
Show me the invoice first, then proceed to pay now. I need to see what is being charged first before I know I should pay. Doesn't everyone?

Add ability to pay remaining balance after partial pay
After partial-paying an invoice, please add a link on the subsequent payment "Success!" page to be able to pay the remaining balance on that invoice. Currently the only options available on that page are "Download receipt" and "Download invoice." The page shows an outstanding balance and that the invoice was partially paid. Please provide the ability to pay the remaining balance.

for auto pay post the payment amount on the due date not 3 days in advance at stated on the autopay signup
post all auto pay on the scheduled date instead of 3 days in advance this will help us on fix income being pay monthly assure the amount in the account before its posted

Update routing numbers for merged banks
My bank merged in February 2022. There is a new routing number. Online Invoice Payment won't accept the new routing number - only the old one.

Avoid double emails by allowing one invoice email from merchant with invoice link
The merchant sent me a pre-email saying "look for Intuit ecommerce email with payment link". That is redundant. The email from the merchant should include both the invoice and the payment link.

Name downloadable PDFs of invoices and receipts.
Instead of a receipt named receipt.pdf it should be MerchantName_receipt.pdf. Same with Invoices.

Better Name Files
When I download a receipt or invoice - put the name of the company I just paid in the file name of the receipt or invoice. I have 'receipt (29)' for example in my download folder...would make life so much easier if it said 'Company (I just paid)-receipt' and the same with Invoices I download. Instead of just Invoice 1094 - why not Company (I need to pay) Invoice 1094

Let people know when you take away their Autopay
I used to have autopay and now I'm a month late on my bill. Would be nice to let people know if you take away a service they are depending on to have their bills paid on time.
