  2. The payment method requires a billing zip code. Can that requirement be removed, or can you include the RC Park zip code on the invoice?

  3. For Quick Books online users, automatically split invoice into separate line items

    Both my vendor and I use Quickbooks online to manage our separate businesses. My vendor sends me an invoice every month with 10+ line items on it and I classify each line item as a different expense account depending on what each line item is for. Currently, I create an expenditure for this Vendor and copy and paste each line item from her invoice into a line item on the expenditure form for that payment to split it across multiple expense accounts.   12. I don't see a place to add a tip.

    I don't understand why a zip code is needed. I don't come across this with any other catering companies. The customers paying for the meal don't usually know the zip code used for their corporate cards.

  19. Parse out the invoice to show taxable and non-taxable cost

    Some invoices include several kinds of charges, some of which are taxable and some are not. It would be great if QB could parse them out so that they are accurately categorized. This affects someone's 1099 if non-taxable charges are included in the total for the year.
