  1. PRINT DETAIL OF EMPLOYEES WITH INVOICE

    WOULD LIKE TO SEE A DETAILED LIST OF ALL EMPLOYEES ON THE INVOICE. OTHER VENDORS HAVE THIS WITH THEIR BILL. IT IS FRUSTRATING TO NOT SEE WHO IS LISTED ON THE BILL

  2. make it easier to get a copy of an invoice that shows it was paid

    After I pay an invoice, there is a link to download a copy of the invoice. But that pdf copy doesn't show the invoice was paid! If I go back to the "payment request" email and click on "review and pay," that will take me to a page saying the invoice was paid and will let me download a proper invoice saying "PAID." But those extra steps shouldn't be necessary, especially because most of the time I do that I'm forced to log in again -- including getting a 2FA code from my authenticator app and submitting it.   5. Make it more difficult to make a double payment

    Needed to pay a large invoice, so was required to split total into 2 equal payments. It only took 1 click to process second payment. Could see how you could make that 2nd payment in error. I believe you are not able to pay more than invoice.

    You should accept few most common payment methods such as PayPal, Apple, Venmo etc

    It would be much better for us to have an area that can be filled in so we know (e,g, in my case) which property had this plumbing done and the service date. If that field(s) could be on the invoice, and then transferred to the 'PAID' receipt, it would help so much. I just paid a $300 invoice and all that was on it was an 'authorization ID' plus the amount I paid, and the due date. So why not have an area for the invoice number, the date of service and a brief description of where the work…

    How about just letting me sign in or actually sending the verification text/email?

  14. After paying invoice need assurance page where credit card is inserted that it is finished.. maybe a HOME button

    Not confident after paying, need a home button for customers to sign out of account, need a more secure sight to pay.. log in and log out? We pay and that’s it a receipt is available for download but I need to know after payment the credit card Info is safe.. we need a log out of account option
