Don't have your staff call asking for payment when the work hasn't been completed!
Communication needs to greatly improve between your staff regarding timelines and deadlines. Staff calling clients asking for payment need to check with construction staff to ensure the part of the job has actually been completed before calling the client to ask for payment.

allow diceware format passwords
a very long password consisting of five or six short, simple words, separated by spaces, is easier for the owner to remember, and much harder for a hacker to crack, than an 8-character password that follows your simple set of rules (upper- and lower-case letter, digit, punctuation), and so therefore should be allowed.

Directions
The email does not say that you could pay through the link. I had to call Lynn to the office and then wait an extra day for someone to come in and tell me I needed to click on the link. If payment instructions would have been on the email I would have paid yesterday. Thank you

Incorporating APPLE PAY is a genius idea! I just paid my bill from my iPad (a link from my e-mail) in less than 30 seconds (using my Touch ID)! Thank you for making this so easy! :-)

Option to remove customer name on invoice
It would be a great option to be able to remove the customers name under the bill to box on invoices so it only shows the comapny name.
