leave option open to pay more than thirty five dollars.
I received a bill for $96 and only found this one bill in my email. I need to pay more than $35. If you leave the option open for over $35 people can then pay ahead if they so choose.

Since you make us put work orders through the app, why doesn't the app have a pay button? If it does make it easier to find.
Tried calling 2 different numbers multiple times. Left multiple messages and never had a return phone call. Scheduling goes through the app only, why do you make it so hard to pay. If thee is a pay button, I could not find it on my IPhone. Sorry, we would have had this bill payed over 3 weeks ago had we received a return call or been able to pay through the app, very frustrating.

Please include the work that was done so I can understand the amount that I am paying. On this visit, technician replaced a head.
It would be helpful and standard billing practice to include the

Adjust terminology to be more international-friendly
On the present payment form, there is a field called "Billing ZIP code", which is very US-specific terminology. It might throw off an international payer, and push them to other payment methods. A change to something like "Billing post code" would be less offputing for foreign payers.

Make it more user friendly with online monthly contributions!
It is not a user friendly for online monthly contributions! And the online website is just ALL wrong. Need to at least make the online monthly payments easy to pay!

When entering the expiration date change the setting from a Cordy keyboard to a regular telephone numeric pad
When you enter the month and date for expiration date it changes to a qwerty keyboard change that to be a regular numeric keypad

Reconfigure your invoices and procedures. I find it awkward to navigate.
once again, navigating your invoices and procedures very awkward. There is no customer support for when we need help. I can't believe businesses continue to use your system!

Make your website actually work
I had to attempt several payment methods and the website wouldn't load 4 hours on end. Now my bank account is showing two of the transactions did go through when I did not receive confirmation and a third did go through which I had to use my credit card on
