  4. Use an app. Going through email and then to a site is cumbersome compaired to easy payment systems like venmo. Less resistance to payment

  5. Let the customer know what the fees are for each payment option

    As a customer I would prefer to know how much the fee is for each payment method. ACH is 1% and Debit or Credit card is 2.9%. I would want to choose which method while knowing the person I am paying will net more money as opposed to The card processor

  7. I paid earlier and asked if i was all paid up

    Both times I have notices saying I was late but it was a first notice. I even tried to pay early and was told I needed to wait. This is concerning.

  9. Include the ability to pay by visa on your website

    The way your website is set up now, no one knows they can pay by charge card. You should consider allowing your customers to log into your website. Once the customer logs in, allow them the opportunity to charge Visa or Mastercard etc.

  18. don't charge a fee for paying directly from a Checking account

    why do you charge a vendor for a bill being paid by checking account? I can understand a fee for credit processing.
