It would be great if there were a section for “past invoices” or “payment history”.

Send a reminder on the first of the month when it is due.
I pay bills on the first of the month, not a week ahead of time which is when I get the payment notice. So, a reminder on the first of the month would be great.

The name of the payer is nowhere on the receipt.
I just downloaded an invoice receipt, and there is no name on it. Anyone could have paid it for any account. Surely, when an invoice is created, it is "addressed" to a name or company. The receipt should have some account indication on it.

Your damned form erases all entries if a user fills in all the information and *then* realizes that he wants credit, not debit. Sloppy code.
And it's doubly sloppy code to NOT post the text box until after the user struggles to concisely explain the issue in what is apparently just a title box. How is the user supposed to know that a textbox will magically appear after he tries to explain the entire flaw in about 145 characters?! You must be hoping your customers are psychic.

Accept other forms payment.
Accepting a debit card is the least you can do. Accepting a credit card or Paypal would be great even if you charge a fee.

Make it more clear that if you have an intuit account, you can sign in here with it.
It was my third or fourth time paying an invoice before I realized that I could do it with my exisiting Intuit account--it didn't require yet another group to have my banking info.

Let me pay for all dumpster I have in one transaction
Let me Pay all transactions in one step.

allowing us to see the total balance due and paying that.
If I have more than one invoice I don't want to have to go back through emails to find them. If I can understand the total balance due and choose what amount to pay.
