Show multiple invoices when I log in
My kids' volleyball club sends me two separate invoices to pay each month. I have to go in thru the email link and sign in for each one. It's frustrating that they both don't show up under my "account" when I sign in. You should be able to see multiple invoices to the same person once you sign in.

I can only pay the monthly amount and I am behind on payments and tried to pay full Balance it won’t let me
I am trying to pay my past due balance and it won’t let me it will only let me pay the amount of the monthly invoice I should be able to pay the past due as well

Try switching up your reply-to email address or subject line, or include the invoice as a clickable link rather than the QB graphic.

Adding easy payment options
Adding options like Apple Pay or paypal for easier and more secure payment information. It is unnerving to manually enter a routing and account number on a web portal. It just doesn’t make me feel safe typing those numbers in.

When paying more than one invoice, just make one payment for them all.
