  3. allow copy and paste in routing and account info. I made more mistakes entering each number than with pasting info from my spreadsheet.

  7. allow area to adjust for late fee

    got a late fee tacked on. Can’t add to the invoice. Also just thinking a late reminder would be nice as welk.

  8. Payment Options

    Not save payment information in memory. Sometimes we may use a different card and quickbook keeps popping up previous card used information making it tricky to put in different card being used. What should have taken me 5 mins to do took me 15 mins.

  9. ZELLE - I can send straight to your bank and not have my credit card number floating around!!! I'm uncomfortable with this method you use.

    ZELLE option for bank to bank transfer - it uses your phone number attached to your account so I don't get your account number. I don't like putting my credit card info out there.

    Email receipts
    Makes it always available
    Downloads take up device storage and are only on one device.
    In an email you can access it from any device.

  17. Secure credit card info

    After paying why is there not a home button or why doesn’t it refresh itself after to insure card info is not left out in the open, makes no sense.. we should have to log in to pay or pay as guest... this quick book or intuit seems very insecure. Fix it

    It would be quicker and easier for me to budget if your invoice was emailed to me without having to ask for it. I think Auto-Invoice should be an option.
