Email subject did not say 210B garage door repair invoice
I'm so sorry for not paying this earlier despite me asking for the invoice a few times.
I got home tonight and saw the mail from your company which had your invoice in it. I looked it up on my emial and I saw the invoice but the heading did nto say 210 B with garage door repair. That is why it was never sent out to you.
Thank you for repairing it so fast! I greatly appreciated it!

Maybe an itemized list of what it's for?
It just seems like it would be easier and more pleasant for busy and occasionally forgetful people like me to be able to see and instantly be reminded of what, exactly, we are paying for, rather than just the service or provider we are paying. Saves some stress and digging

It is important that the name of the client be on the receipt and the reference number to the invoice. This info is needed for my auditors.
Invoices and receipts need to have information reflecting references between Important for my needs is not just my name on the receipt but the name of the student receiving services from the provider. I believe you have the invoice number listed which helps but my auditor looks for the student's name too.

I would really appreciate the address on the invoice.
I didn't realize I hadn't paid for an invoice (and can't find it in my email). I have a lot of listings - and it is not helpful to have the date without the address. It would be VERY helpful if you included the property address somewhere on the invoice. That is how Realtors catagorize everything. It is difficult to work without it.

Allow account creation so that payment details and history can be saved
It would be helpful to allow an optional account creation so that payment details (name, account number, etc.) can be saved and so that payment history and transaction details can be searched for and reviewed later.

Update billing amount
I received a letter increasing the cost to $110, but only $100 showed on the invoice. You need to update the amount.

I would like to see a bill's description on the front
I would like the ability to see the description that has been entered of each bill at a glance on the vendor's page without having to click on the bill and open it in order to see the details entered on the description line for the specific bill.

'Review and Pay' button should be on same page as 'pay now' button. 'Pay now' doesn't work without first clicking other button.
