In my opinion, there is no improvement necessary.
Excellent, user-friendly site for paying my invoice. My total time to complete my transaction and hit “Send Payment” was less than 2 minutes. 😀

Toggle between accounts
If we have multiple accounts with a vendor and they are sending us invoices it would be nice to be able to toggle between all accounts under that vendor to pay all invoices rather than needing the payment reminder sent through email alone.

Provide line item transactions on invoice
Billing Invoice: Breastnet's current invoice content is of minimal value. It should include the same transaction details used to bill Medicare and Supplemental insurances. I want to see the breakdown of charges billed. I also want to see when my insurance provider(s) make a payment. It would also be helpful to see how much was applied to my deductible. These are basic details that provide a snapshot of the transactions and dates pertinent to that doctor appointment. Without that info, your invoice does not look professional at all.

Another Description Text Field to Products and Services
Add another "Full Description" field to Products and Services that can store more complete item description. Often, the full description can span several paragraphs. This is unwieldy because the current "Description" field is used in the Invoices. This allows to re-purpose (and potentially rename) the existing "Description" field and "Purchasing information" field as short-hand fields shown on Invoices and Purchase Orders respectively.

Custom Data Fields for Products and Services
We need the ability to add custom data fields to Products and/or Services. The requested new facility shall allow for unlimited (or large number) of custom data fields of different types such as number, date, text, or picklist. Example is product Dimensions, Shipping Weight, UPC code, EAN code, ASIN code, Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price, Minimum Advertised Price, Standard Price, Sales Price, type of Packaging, expiration date. Not having these fields requires rigging/including this information in the "Description" field or other workarounds. This is a major problem and drives customers to competitor solutions.

Wrong payment date
When I pay on 11pm west coast time, the receipt is dated one day later... I guess this is because of timezone... this aint right, this can easily cost me late fees

Please include all the Information on the confirmation screen so I can print or screen save it and know what it’s for.
Across-the-board it needs to be clearer on every single screen what it is that I am paying for. So that at any point in the process I can print or screen grab the information to have for my records.

Authentication of biller needed.
At present, an email shows up with a link to intuit.com. There is no verifiable association between a bill / biller I expect, and the actual linked invoice. All of it can be faked by a technically savvy person with a tiny bit of info (like simply seeing my car parked overnight near a car dealer service entrance). The final credit card charge shows an entirely different name. It's a bit unsettling, and I won't be accepting/paying via this service again.
