Make it easier to contact someone for assistance!
I have an account with QuickBooks for payment to various vendors. For some reason I am unable to:
1) sign in
2) to receive a reset password link
3) contact Intuit for support.My account is now locked and I would just like it deleted. Please advise.

There has to be a memo to state the student name for payment
Please add a memo box to add description about what am I paying for. This is a blind payment otherwise.

You have a serious problem
When I am putting my debit card information in, the cursor is hopping to the left. I have to fix it one number at a time manually. I do not know if spaces are required between the grouos of four numbers, but I left them in. This has not happened before and I think you've been hacked

Invoice Search for Customer with Several Invoices
Sometimes I need to look up a customer invoice by job name. If there were a place on the invoice list showing job name, it would be much easier to find a particular invoice instead of clicking and opening each invoice down the list. For example, C Pool, is our customer, we do many jobs for them each week. If I could search an invoice by customer/job name if would be much easier to find a particular invoice.

QuickBooks Online Desktop App Will Stop Working
QuickBooks Online Desktop App Is useful and allows to have multiple tabs open with ease It is very hard to keep copying and pasting links in browser to have multiple QB windows open.

Larger and darker font, it is very hard to read with how tiny it is currently.
options to increase the font size and option to change the color of the font to either black or blue because the current font is very difficult to read.

Payment due
More than one notice of payment due date. This would be great for people who are not on their computers daily. This could eliminate late fees. I’m one of those people

Create an Account Loop
I filled out banking info in all fields. I then choose to create an account as its call to action was front and center. After creating an account I then had to reinput the bank info. It would be nice to input the info, make the payment and then be prompted to make an account. It would also be nice if that payment info auto filled in the create an account section.
Also, it was hard to recognize the pay button at the bottom. More negative space in the bottom fixed bar and lifting the button higher on the page…

Integrate AMEX with quickbooks online. Currently AMEX is not authorized to work with QB which is a big deal breaker. QB online support says they can't fix the issue of connecting banks. It's a shame

Setting up an Account
I tried to reestablish or verify that I had an account, perhaps with TurboTax, but when I entered the information to proceed, it wouldn't allow me to; it came to a stand still.

Why can't I see all the invoices sent to sam82194@gmail.com (full history) when I sign in as sam82194@gmail.com? It seems so obvious that I spent some time hunting for this view.
In docusign, they let you see all docs you signed which were sent to sam82194@gmail.com if you sign-in as sam82194@gmail.com -- same principle.

Name receipts uniquely, not just "receipt"
Each receipt downloaded is titled "receipt" . Add invoice number or allow customer to title the download.
