Better smartphone integration
Rather than having to click a link generated by the merchant and emailed to me, why can't you have an app on my phone where any time any merchant generates an invoice for me, it sends me a push notification, I can click it, and then it uses google/facebook authentication (so I don't have to type my intuit password) to log me in, and I can one-click pay. (also, why not support paypal/venmo/applepay/googlepay while you're at it?).

Edit amount
I'd like the option to pay a different amount than invoiced. I prefer to pay several months in advance.

For non-profits please, allow me to pay the 2.9 % processing fee (or whatever it might be).
Give me, the payer, the option to pay the processing fee percentage for invoice payments.

The Invoice would not pull up or download. There was an error.
Include an option to email the documents, so we can still receive them if there's an error loading them on line,

Don't charge a random fee that isn't properly communicated before transactions
How about properly communicate any fees connected to mistakes? Because I've never had to do this for anyone else. So I won't pay for your miscommunication issues.

The invoice need to indicate whether to add fees
My invoice did not include the transaction fee. Therefore I was unsure how the fee would be added. If by automatic computation once paid, then the payment page should indicate that somewhere. My payment method was ACH.

Since service did not start on schedule, partial deductions should be automatic. Partial service=partial payment
Make billing adjustments automatic when required

Please give an option for having receipt emailed. Emails are easier to file than downloads for something like this.

DO NOT change our settings
I just went to create an invoice and a banner popped up saying you changed settings, that you disabled attaching PDF's to emails because "I'll get paid faster". This is so beyond acceptable. It is a requirement that I send PDF's to most of my clients. You have no right to change how we configure our applications to meet our needs. Please, restrain yourself' s from making changes like these in the future. Just because it's cloud app, does not make it OK to change settings we explicitly set.

Tippiing
Some invoices I'd like to add a tip. That isn't possible it seems.

If I have to identify more busses, palm trees and crosswalks, be sent 2 verification #'s EVERY SINGLE MONTH, I will never use Intuit again!!
I am growing more angry every single month having to identify myself through four, five and six processes and change my password EVERY SINGLE MONTH. I even entered my personal information including SS# and got "We don't recognize any account with this information." Bulloney!! This is growing more annoying with every single month.

You have a timezone problem!
Being Intuit you should not have this problem. I am paying in EDT timezone but you are probably saving in EPOC or some other neutral timezone and you are showing that date in the neutral timezone when generating the invoice. Here is an idea, take the user's timezone and save the payee offset in ISO format in your database and you get the idea. I know the time zone problem :)

Stop using SMS for two-factor auth. TOTP is easy to use and implement.
SMS is trivial to intercept and woefully insecure.

you should have a page that clients can use to show their customers their complete account status.
You should have an easily accessible web page that your clients can use to show each of their customers their complete account status including all invoices, status of invoices (paid and unpaid), due dates, etc. Currently there is no way a client can see a complete view of their entire account and all invoices. Our vendor had to create a page in order to provide this information to us. See attached. This is something that should be easily available in QuickBooks.
